A sumptuous handmade rug woven from Scottish blue-faced Leicester and Devon longwool sheep's fleece, dyed in natural blue and violet tones using woad and indigo plants as well as logwood from the Caribbean and red from madder root.

I have dyed these wools over the past three years to a wide range of tones, and each rug is one-of-a-kind and woven firmly to be both beautiful and durable.

This rug measures 37" x 19" or 94 x 48 cm.

This rug would make a striking addition to any home or a luxurious gift for a special person.
